Island Airways operates out of both the Charlevoix Municipal Airport and the Beaver Island - Welke Airport. The Charlevoix Airport is located on the south side of Charlevoix, off of US-31. Our scenic hometown of Charlevoix, combined with our great location, makes this airport one of the best places to visit in Northern Michigan.
    The Beaver Island - Welke Airport is located just south of the St. James Township. With its convenient location, the Welke Airport is the ideal place to fly into Beaver Island. The Welke airport also furnishes many of the same amenities as the Charlevoix Airport, including charter services, maintenance, and daily Island Flights. Both airports also offer complimentary highspeed wireless internet for customers and pilots.
